I thought of this strip when Prop 8 passed, but I didn't get it done. I was reminded of it again when the prop was upheld, but I was busy and let it slide. Went to SF Gay Pride last weekend and finally got enough inspiration to knock this out. Yes, white trash California probably accounted for the the greatest share of votes, but there's no doubt the black turnout was a big factor, and I thought adding a bible thumpin' redneck to the ladder only complicated the message.
